The Care Integration Awards 2013 take place alongside the Patient Safety Awards on 9 July 2013 at the Grovesner House, Park Lane, London.

The evening will begin with a drinks reception followed by a three-course meal, awards ceremony and post-awards entertainment.

Table Booking Terms & Conditions:
12. Substitute/Cancellation Policy
Please note no refunds are available for table bookings or individual places. Should individual guests on your table be unable to attend, we would welcome a substitute guest attending in their place. Similarly, substitutions can be made for individual seats, at no extra charge. Please notify us by email at: rose.crowhurst@emap.com with the name and job title of both the registered guest and the replacement guest.
13. We shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation or other costs if we are required to cancel the Event as a result of an event outside our control (including, without limitation, to acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or threats of any such acts, any strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action and a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness).
